Why Little Tots Childcare

Our goal at Little TOTS Childcare is to introduce children to a quality learning environment where they can learn through play and benefit from a structured but flexible curriculum. The children will also learn and grow physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially at their own pace and to the best of their ability.

My child care is designed to respond to the needs of every child, which is based on the simple premise that private home care is the best form of child care. The home environment, combined with a small number of children, allows the flexibility and personal attention that is needed to ensure the individual child’s development and well-being. I provide a warm, safe and stimulating environment where self-confidence is encouraged and an interest in learning is promoted through play.

Our program includes the basics that contribute to the child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. These basics are learning to work as an individual as well as in a group environment. They will also learn to share and respect each other as well as other things.

With little children she plays games of peek, for bigger ones it’s hide and seek. She is an expert at each game, but somehow loses just the same.
She helps them learn the alphabet, and gives them hugs when they’re upset. She gently tucks them in their beds, with dreamland tales for sleepyheads. She is a true and trusted friend, who helps them learn and play pretend. Although she’s paid, it’s plain to see, she serves them with a love that’s free.
